PROPERTY REHABILITATION & APARTMENT SET-UP

RCHP-AHC renovates vacant buildings to provide warm, safe, and functional homes for low-income and special needs tenants. Skilled and unskilled volunteers can help with landscaping, painting, scraping, and other types of rehabilitation and beautification work.  Click here to send us a message.

ASYLUM SEEKER IMMIGRANT LEGAL SUPPORT

Help our neighbors with applications for self-filing for asylum.  Extensive training is provided for this very important service. Contact Ellen Whitt for more information – ellen.whitt@improvingnj.org

ACCOMPANY NOW!

AN could use help collecting material items for unaccompanied minors (especially those whose parents or guardians have been detained by ICE), as well as making deliveries.  They could also use volunteers to teach online classes, such as English and Math.
